Start here if you are deciding which service you need or how to send your documents.
Why should I use TranslateSwift?

TranslateSwift provides professional human translation, certification options for official use, secure document upload, clear turnaround choices and support throughout the order. You can review the available service and complete price before payment.

How do I get started?

Open the instant quote, upload a clear copy of your document, choose the languages and service options, and review the total and available turnaround. Payment is requested only after you have reviewed those details.

How do I send my documents?

The preferred method is the secure upload on our order page. Upload a clear scan or photo of every relevant page and side. If you need help before uploading, contact support or email [email protected].

Can I see a quote before placing the order?

Yes. Use the instant quote to enter the document details and view the complete amount before payment. If the document needs a custom review, our team will confirm the quote before work begins.

Pricing and delivery

Cost, turnaround and larger orders

Your exact total and available delivery choices depend on the document and service selected.
How much does a translation cost?

Certified translation pricing currently starts at USD 27.00 per page. One page is 250 words or fewer, one-sided, and letter/A4 size or smaller. The language pair, page count, certification, urgency and physical delivery can change the total. See our pricing page or start a quote for the exact amount before payment.

How long will the translation take?

Turnaround depends on the language pair, document length, complexity and required certification. Many short documents have 24-hour or other rush options when translator capacity permits. The available choice is shown with your quote before payment.

How can you offer urgent delivery?

We match eligible work with professional translators who are available for the required language pair and subject matter. Rush delivery is offered only when the document can be translated and reviewed properly within the requested time.

Do you offer volume or corporate pricing?

Yes. Organizations with repeat or higher-volume needs can request a reviewed account arrangement. Approved law firm accounts can receive up to 25% discounted pricing on eligible work; see our servicios de traducción para bufetes de abogados o Contáctanos to discuss another volume requirement.

Documents and languages

What we translate and who handles it

Choose the language pair and tell us where the finished translation will be used.
Which languages do you support?

TranslateSwift supports more than 160 languages. Availability can vary by language pair, subject matter and certification requirement. Browse the languages directory or select the languages in the quote form to check your pair.

What types of documents can you translate?

Common documents include birth and marriage certificates, passports and identity documents, driving licences, police and court records, diplomas and transcripts, immigration evidence, business records, financial documents, medical records and legal material. Browse our servicios de traducción de documentos or upload another document for review.

Who will translate my document?

Your document is assigned to a professional human translator with the relevant language ability. When you select a credential-specific service, the translator or certification route is matched to the stated destination and intended use.

What is the difference between standard and certified translation?

Standard translation is generally intended for personal or business use when no formal certification is required. A certified translation includes the certification appropriate to the selected service and destination. Learn more on our certified translations page.

Process, security and support

What happens after you upload

Understand the workflow, document handling and the help available after delivery.
¿Cómo funciona el proceso de traducción?

After you submit the order, the document is assigned to an appropriate translator. The translation is prepared, checked against the source and delivered electronically. If a certification or physical copy was selected, that service is completed as part of the confirmed order.

How do you protect my information?

Documents are uploaded over a secure connection and access is limited to people involved in providing the service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than displayed to translators. For more information about data handling, read our Política de privacidad.

Do you offer a money-back or acceptance guarantee?

Some eligible services include a stated acceptance guarantee, subject to the service terms and the customer selecting the correct requirement and providing a clear, complete source document. The receiving authority always controls its final decision. Review the Política de Reembolso for the applicable correction and refund terms.

What if my question is not answered here?

Correo electrónico [email protected] or use the contact form. Include the language pair, document type, destination and deadline so the support team can answer accurately.
