Welcome to the TranslateSwift Affiliate Program!

By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit a complete affiliate application through our official sign-up form. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for reasons deemed to be reasonable by us.

2. Commissions

– Affiliates earn 20%–50% commission on every successful referral sale.

– A referral sale is considered successful when a customer clicks your affiliate link, places an order, and the order is approved after the translation is completed and accepted.

– Once a sale is approved, the corresponding commission will be added to your affiliate account balance.

– Payments are made upon request by contacting [email protected]

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting TranslateSwift in a fair, honest, and legal manner. You may share your affiliate link on your website, social media, blog, email, or other platforms where you have permission to post.

4. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of our brand, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Running paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) that use TranslateSwift’s trademarks, brand name, or domain in ad copy, headlines, or display URLs.

• Using deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
• Misrepresenting TranslateSwift or making false claims about our services.
• Spamming, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent activity.

Violations of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of earned commissions, and may also lead to legal action if necessary.

5. Tracking and Attribution

Your affiliate account includes a unique referral link. Ensure your link is properly used to receive credit for referred sales. All referrals are tracked automatically through cookies, which means we are unable to track clicks or sales for visitors who have disabled cookies, or for users who click on an affiliate link on one device but complete their purchase on another device, as such activity cannot be tracked with the technologies currently available.

6. Termination

TranslateSwift reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by the company.

7. Modifications

TranslateSwift may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
